01 Do you control the sending domain’s DNS?

You’ll need to publish records for the domain people see in the From address.

02 Does your mail pass DMARC with full enforcement?

Confirm aligned authentication and quarantine or reject on the relevant domains.

03 Do you have a validated SVG Tiny PS logo?

A standard SVG, PNG, or JPEG is not enough.

04 Have you confirmed the certificate requirements?

Check your target providers and arrange accepted evidence where it is required.

05 Can receivers fetch the approved files over HTTPS?

The final logo and any required certificate must be publicly accessible.
